Hello, My name is Leighah, and I am the creator and curator of Wings Conscious Styling. Trained and qualified in the art and science of psychology and psychotherapy, I bring this understanding to my work with style; that is, whilst it is not therapy, I consider the whole person, as a holistic being, with unique dreams, hopes, looks, and talents. My aim is always to bring out the best in a person and help them embrace their unique beauty as part of Nature. I use personal style as a vehicle to help them appreciate their beauty and gain confidence, and to bring this out into the world, finding their wings and flying! My training as a stylist runs the gamut from seasonal colour analysis, dressing for your personal body to wardrobe organisation and curation. I also extend this skill to bringing your preferences and tastes into other areas like your home and other areas of life.

I also love to design clothing, especially dresses, and to design for an individual; bringing who they are into the design gives me great joy! In addition to personal design, I love to bring my design and personal styling skills into the world of drama and film styling, and get special joy from redesigning for an updated version of an old film, whilst respecting the integrity of the original film and design.

As a survivor of breast cancer and with vast experience working with people with body image struggles, I have an additional niche of understanding and working with personal style after such a diagnosis and the body changes and struggles this can bring. I work with people to regain confidence in their personal style, and working with the changes that can happen to the body from surgery and treatment. My hope is always to help people see that even after such changes, they are still beautiful and can still dress in a way that they love! I have an ongoing publication called Wings Conscious Styling (formerly Physis Intentional Styling) on Substack, where I love to use my passions of styling and writing together. and I update this regularly. Clarity, curation, confidence - my aim is to help you achieve all three in whichever of these services I provide!
